Refund policy

If your pack has not been delivered or unlocked, contact support in your purchase ticket. Eligible cancellations and statutory withdrawal requests are handled according to applicable consumer law.

For immediate digital delivery, any loss of a statutory withdrawal right requires your prior express consent, your acknowledgement, and the required contract confirmation. A simple “no refunds” notice does not replace those steps.

If the purchased file is unavailable, materially defective, or does not match the agreed description, open a support ticket. Tayze will first try to repair, replace, or restore access and will provide an appropriate remedy when required by law.

A change of mind after valid digital delivery, results varying by PC, ignoring compatibility information, or refusing the setup instructions is not automatically grounds for a refund, subject always to mandatory consumer rights.
